Brad Ramey, Partner & President

Partner and President, Brad has over 20 years of construction industry experience, he leads our team by establishing clear expectations between the Client, Project Managers, Trade - Subcontractors & Suppliers. He is also responsible for developing new business strategies and project estimating. Brad is a gradute of Northern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Construction Management and resides in Ft. Mitchell with his Family.

Amy Halderman

Serves as Office Manager for Bluegrass Commercial Group, LLC. She is responsible for all Accounting functions, Insurance, Human Resources and Payroll. And Administrative management for Bluegrass. Prior to working at Bluegrass Commercial, Halderman worked at a Small Construction Company in Northern Kentucky. And prior year in the Banking Industry. Amy Halderman resides in Southern Kenton County with her Family.
