Bluegrass Awarded Republic Bank Renovation

Bluegrass Commercial Group, LLC of Wilder, Kentucky has been awarded the contract for the Republic Bank Norwood Branch Renovation which was bid on February 23, 2016. There were three other bids submitted for the project, with Bluegrass being the lowest.

The General Construction project at 4030 smith rd, suite 100, Norwood, OH will consist of demolition of an existing office area in order to turn it into a working bank office area entered off of the main building lobby. Total scope of work area 3,914 square foot.

Work at the site will begin the first week of April, and the time of completion estimated to be June this year.
